More to be added.

:] I had a lot of fun at Anime Expo. Friday was mellow. I sported my Pokebra (which you can find on my Etsy)

I have very limited funds until I get my first pay check so I spent a lot of time shopping and figuring out what were the one or two things I was going to buy, if at all. And I went to a few panels. Mainly the Gaiaonline.com panels. Left once the hall closed and went to the Bish’s. Went thrift store shopping and got an epic bright pink construction hat for $2.50! then cooked dinner and watched Titan A.E. Kate and I had some Smirnoff Ice and since we were both beat after a long day we canceled our plans of Soco and smores and basically crashed out. Today was less mellow. Being Saturday the hall was PACKED. I got there a little early and caught a voice acting panel that just happened to be hosted by one of the guys from Rifftrax. Which was awesome all on its own. Then got the Gaia panel. Hit the floor and got a few last minute things including a Megaman figure for my boyfriend and a wig for when I cosplay as Wicked Lady. then headed home. Sat in a few hours of traffic because the 5 south likes making people miserable apparently. am home now. Relaxing. Going to bed early. And going to work tomorrow at 5 am. All photos taken will be posted on Gunslingerphotography.com

On Tuesday night, I won miss June at Tiki Tuesday with Menage a Trois at Don the Beachcomber. (My friend Celeste’s jazz band preforms there and holds a monthly pinup contest) I’ve been going every month doing photos and helping out etc. Hopefully next month I’ll be vending! Excited. I’ll probably be offering special photoshoots to the next winners and some fun stuff.

I was really flattered that I won, a lot of very awesome curvy girls were in the contest this month and any of them would have deserved to win. I hope to see all those lovely ladies next month!

Ink N Iron this year was a blast. I went Sunday with friends, met a lot of fun people. Renee took photos of Celeste and I. (Celeste has an awesome jazz trio btw.) We watch the end of the Pinup Pageant, gratz to Raquel Reed on her big win. Wandered around the artist area on the Queen Mary. Bought some new prints at Tyson McAdoo’s booth. Every year he has round stickers and last year he jokingly told me they could be used as pasties. I never ended up doing it, but this year it had to be done. :D

We then moved on to the vendor booths, which were pretty cool. Ran into a lot of girls from Cuties for a Cause and Hot Bitches 4 Life. All lovely ladies. Bought some adorable cupcake bows. I spent very minimal money this year and was proud of myself for that one.
